Sorry I haven’t posted for two months. I’ve been working on what I call my “opus”, a grand-scaled novel about Miami, Cuba, nuclear war, water shortages exacerbated by hydraulic fracking and virtual reality. How’s that for a combination of topics, all in one book? If interested, the outline can be found under the Writing tab. It’s called Matryoshka, and the beginning of that post explains what that means. Donna Tartt, who wrote “The Goldfinch”, was my inspiration in beginning this novel. She showed that a great story can be told, even if it takes 10 years and 778 pages. Thank you Donna.
